Restaurant fit-out (casual dining)
Full fit-out of a casual dining restaurant including dining area, kitchen, service corridors and staff facilities. The project brief emphasizes efficient kitchen flow, an appealing dining atmosphere and finishes that meet rigorous hygiene and maintenance requirements. The design supports a clear brand identity while prioritizing operational performance and guest comfort.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The restaurant concept balances a warm, sociable dining environment with a highly efficient back-of-house. Kitchen layout follows proven work-triangle logic and service passes are located to minimize wait staff travel while preserving sightlines into the dining room for theater value. The dining zone uses layered seating—banquettes, communal tables and stools—to create varied experiences and optimize cover density. Acoustic strategies (soft panels, absorptive ceiling elements) ensure comfortable noise levels, and lighting is zoned for task and mood. Hygienic materials and accessible service routes support quick cleaning cycles, while durable floor finishes and easily replaceable wall panels reduce long-term maintenance costs. The overall result is a resilient, inviting restaurant that performs well during peak service.
- Efficient kitchen/service organization.
